This is a forward looking organization specializing in business travel support services.

They have been in the business of providing quality chauffeured limousine services and hire-and-drive car rental for over two decades in Malaysia.

They pride themselves in providing quality customer service in car rental services in the market.

This is a permanent role and will be reporting to the Administration Manager.

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible to perform support role covering general administration, finance functions, data entry, and liaising with sales and operations staff.


The roles & responsibilities are listed below:

  • Provide high quality administrative support to Supervisory by performing assigned administrative tasks.
  • Perform data entry duties for the accounting activities, including preparation of cheques and invoices, vouchers, accounting statements and other reports.
  • Liaise with external parties such as vendor service providers, local authorities, government agencies for requirements of business licenses and permits.

Requirements:

Female with minimum Diploma qualification in Business Adminstration or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience working in administrative function environment.

Good with above average communication skills.

Must be proficient in English plus BM and Mandarin.

Friendly and confident interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.

Good communication,language literacy and numeracy skills.

Basic level accounting experience will be a plus.

Be able to be based at Bukit Jalil area.
