Role:
Content Moderator (English)


Location:
Kuala Lumpur


Salary:
RM 3200 (basic)

Working Hour: 8 hours per day/24 hours rotational shifts/rotational 5 working days


Requirement:

  • Preferably a year in content moderation / BPO / Call Center environment with relevant working experiences.
  • Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content;
  • Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials;
  • Ability to speak and read in English fluently;
  • Highly sensitive to current social news or issue happening across the world/region have deep understanding into regional culture and etc.
  • SPM with experiences and excellent communication skill and relevant experience will be considered.

Job Description:


  • Review content on short-video platforms and conduct the content quality control, make sure the contents comply with local policies, regulations and culture;
  • Handle complaints and reports with respect to users and community;
  • Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions;
  • Analyze the risk level of incidents and assess the safety status of the community and products;
  • Attention to details and ability to work differing 7*24 work rotations/shifts as required.
  • Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
