Requirements

Malaysian resident that can speak in Mandarin and basic English, as staff will support TW market
:


  • Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
  • Basic English is required for due to business demand, there will be English interview
-
Must be able to commit to shift:


  • Work From Office role.
  • Minimum qualification SPM.

Responsibility

  • Shift: 24*7 (9hrs working shift)
  • Answer to the inbound calls & reply to Emails pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback
  • Raising issues to next levels related to the company's products if required.
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Fluency in Mandarin language required as need to support TW Market.
