Requirements

Malaysian resident that can speak in Mandarin and basic English, as staff will support TW market
:
- Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
- Basic English is required for due to business demand, there will be English interview
Must be able to commit to shift:
- Work From Office role.
- Minimum qualification SPM.
Responsibility
- Shift: 24*7 (9hrs working shift)
- Answer to the inbound calls & reply to Emails pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback
- Raising issues to next levels related to the company's products if required.
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Fluency in Mandarin language required as need to support TW Market.
