Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in F&B procurement, warehouse and logistics environments.
  • Preferred Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Proactive team player with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • A handson person who is resourceful, organized and meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data; Possess strong drive to strive for success.
  • Ability to manage a lead and manage a local and foreigners' team; Able to prioritize and multitask; Good written and communication skills.

Responsibility

Supply Chain Planning:

  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain activities.
  • Help in planning and forecasting inventory needs to meet customer demands.

Procurement:

  • Support procurement activities, including identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in managing relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and costeffective supply chain.

Warehouse Management:

  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage and distribution processes.
  • Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and management.

Logistics Management:

  • Manage transportation logistics, including route planning, outsource & insource management, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Work with logistics partners to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
  • Handling Lorry Drivers work scheduling.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize excess or shortage.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to supply chain staff as needed.

Central Kitchen:

  • Create work plan for incoming and outgoing goods in relation to CK and its production to ensure increase in productivity and control of wastage.
  • Manage storage space within CK / Warehouse in relation to production quantity and forecasting

Working Days:

  • 6 working days


  • Monday

  • Saturday

Pay:
RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
