Why does this job exist and why is it critical?


The position plays an active role working with Sales & Service division key stakeholders to translate our division's ambitions into effective execution plans, monitor the performance and drive cadence of key programs planned to achieve the division's mission and goals.


This role will also be instrumental in driving the annual planning process for the division, facilitating the necessary sessions with key stakeholders to develop the division Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan.

What are you accountable for?

  • Work closely with the Chief Sales and Services Officer to translate the CSSO's vision into executable strategies and plans.
  • Facilitate the annual planning process for the Sales and Service division Annual Operating Plan / Long Range Plan. Work with key stakeholders to gather business information as well as competition and market data into the planning workshop, and develop board papers and presentations.
  • Liaise with Finance and Strategy departments to align division targets to overall company targets and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop project plans to achieve the divisional growth KPIs and cost optimization goals.
  • Monitor and drive cadence of division's key projects, provide timely periodic management reports of division performance against goals, and trigger necessary reviews and remedial plans from key stakeholders as needed.
What do you need to have for this role?
Total Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years in finance, commercial management, corporate strategy

  • Must be passionate about numbers and have strong stakeholder management
  • Able to work independently
