Description

• Set up, develop & enhance HR process and build up HR team.
• Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits & welfare, payroll administration, performance evaluation / review, training & development and employee relations.
• Formulates, monitor and review policies, strategies and procedures relating to all phase of human resource activities
• Propose, review compensation and benefits packages to ensure market competitiveness by conducting salary and benefits survey and updates
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any adhoc duties as required by management.

• At least 5 Years of working experience in the retail F&B company is required for this position.
• Require language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with local Malaysian regulations and payroll calculations.
• Possess handson working experience in a managerial position with exposure as an HR Generalist in manpower budgeting, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll, employee and industrial relations, is an added advantage.
• Good leadership, people management and communication skills
• High integrity and adaptable personality, meticulous, organized, and committed person
