Description

• Responsible in handling full set of accounts in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for overall day to day accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly accounts/report reconciliation / report or analysis and resolving issue promptly.
• Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance.
• To prepare, maintain and manage the company's accounts readily for regulatory and/or management compliances.
• Liase with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and relevant authorities.
• Undertake any adhoc, other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior and the Management.
• Handle the filing and housekeeping of records and reports.

• Diploma in Accountancy and above or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s) : MS Excel, Word & ERP Knowledge.
• Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
• At least 23 years working experience in accounting field.
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work for extra hours to meet all closing deadline.
• Meticulous with a conceptual mindset and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels, and be a team player is essential.
• Knowledge in ERP Accounting system and Accounting Standard Operating Procedures will be an added advantage.
• Immediate or short notice availability will be an added advantage.
