ACCOUNTABILITY


Responsible in managing and implement company's occupational health policies and procedures to promote and ensure safe operation across the organization, including advising Top Management in any matters related to Environmental Health Safety & Security.


RESPONSIBILITY

Health & Safety Management System
Manage, administrate, implement, coordinate all planning, scheduling, preparation and carry out:

  • Safety & Health Management System documentation, implementation and budgetary.
  • Activities related to Legal Requirements and Government Regulations (DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, EiMAS, NIOSH etc.)
  • Planning of annual safety training program and Safety & Health Committee safety programs.
  • Inspection at workplace and investigation to any occupational or workrelated accidents.
  • Company accident statistics, monitoring and analysis on the safety achievement.
  • Coordinate and ensure service and maintenance of all safety equipment.

Standard Management System
Manage, administrate, implement, coordinate all planning, scheduling, preparation and carry out:

  • Standard Management System documentation, implementation and budgetary.
  • Audit for ISO14001, ISO45001, Environmental Management (EMP), Occupational Health Safety Management Program (OHSMP), Safety activities, Energy Management Program (EMP).
  • Inspect workplace and investigate any accident, near missed accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease.
  • Assist EHS committee in any inspection of workplace of checking the effectiveness and efficiency of any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulations.
  • Ensure all direct reports support and comply with JCMS requirements/standards.

REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Environment, Health and Safety Management System or other related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in related working environment.
  • Knowledgeable and competence in understanding, interpretation and implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 Standard Management requirement.
  • Able to formulate strategy to promote safety awareness and eliminate hazards.
