Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
  • Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required.
  • Experience and knowledge in Apple products are required.
  • Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to SLA of Apple Premium Service Provider.
  • To undertake anyhoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:


  • Required skill(s): MAC OS, IOS and Apple device hardware repairing.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A selfstarter, responsible, analytical with goodattitude.
  • Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customeroriented skills.
  • Initiative, fast learner and confident.
  • Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
