Admin Coordinator

-Job Description-

  • Access in SQL system to prepare quotation, sales order notes, delivery order, proforma invoice and invoices
  • Checking stock availability with store during incoming order
  • Coordinates with logistics and warehouse, monitoring on delivery status
  • Supports and assists sales department in order inquiries
  • Handling daily task with updating delivery schedule and balance order to sales and warehouse
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed
  • Filing and courier documents

■MUST TO HAVE:

・MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy

・Good communication skills

・Able to work independently and multitasking as team

・Willing to learn

・Fresh graduates can apply
