Role Description

  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports on timely manner.
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset and General Ledger including preparation of invoices, journal entries, checking supporting documents, perform bank accounts reconciliation.
  • Assist in yearend audit and tax compliance preparation.
  • Verification of staff claims and others payment.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems in hardcopy and softcopy.
  • Liaise with customer in getting document and collecting debt.
  • Handle adhoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Professional qualification
  • Min 23 years experiences in accounting. Full set account preparation.
  • Disciplined, selfmotivated, passion to learn & contribute and can work independently
