Description

The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst is to manage transactional processing in excellent service quality to our stakeholders in a shared service environment) across Asia Pacific.

AP Analyst must execute the services rendered in accordance with established processes framework


Job Descriptions

  • Ensure month end closing activities related to AP is executed on a timely basis.
  • Update nature of transactions in AP cashbook on weekly basis
  • Perform AP bank reconciliations

Requirements:


  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Power Point
  • Working experience in the related position and in
    Shared Service environment:
  • Previous experience using Oracle is a plus.
  • Must possess Bachelor degree in Accountancy

Mandarin Speaking is a must (Handling China Account)


Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
