Job Responsibilities:

To lead the Unsecured Personal Loan collectors (35 members).
To define strategies and manage the day to day operations of the Collection Unit with a view to maximization of productivity and effectiveness of the operations via technology, supervision of collectors and management of pastdue account portfolios to the monthly target given by Management.
To ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, BNM guidelines, compliance, information security and more.

Requirements:

Malaysian citizen.
A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines;
Strong analytical, internal personal and communication skills.
Relevant working experience in the consumer collection team will be required for this position.
