Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the fitout process for retail units, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and specifications.
Liaise with tenants and their contractors, providing technical advice and support throughout the fit-out process.

  • Review and approve fitout designs and plans, ensuring they meet all requirements and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., security, facilities management) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, taking corrective action as necessary to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage the handover process upon project completion, ensuring units are ready for operation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, materials, and regulations related to retail fitouts.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fitout management, preferably in a retail or mall environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay:
RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
