    Description

    This role encompasses comprehensive Human Resource management for all employees of our client, a leading provider of integrated solutions for elevator and escalator installation, maintenance, and modernization in Malaysia. Reporting to the Executive Director, the HR executive will handle a wide range of responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Full spectrum of HR matters: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Attendance, Leaves, Offboarding
    • Liaison and coordination with external government authorities (EPF, EIS, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)

    HR Management:

    • Attendance Management
    • Payroll Administration
    • Employment and Termination Procedures
    • Counselling and Staff Welfare
    • Foreign Worker Management

    Training and Development:

    • Training Plan Creation and Execution
    • New Training Material Development
    • Training Material Update
    • Assessment and Evaluation

    Policies and Procedures:

    • HR Compliance and Governance
    • Review of Handbook for EA Compliance

    Property and Asset Management:

    • Rental Collection and Source
    • Unit Upkeep and Maintenance
    • Loan Settlement and Renewal
    • License Renewal

    Quality Management System (ISO):

    • Compliance and Audits
    • Internal Audits and Meetings
    • Management Review and Improvement

    Certification and Compliance:

    • Renewal of Certifications with Statutory Bodies
    • Safety Passport for Staff Members

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred
    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, or payroll software advantageous
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
    • Immediate availability preferred
