Area of responsibilities:


Commercial Support

  • Provide financial and sales support to business units
  • Assist in project due diligence activities

Financial Management

  • Manage assigned financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, FCF)
  • Ensure transparency of business development for informed decisionmaking
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports using GBS standard tools
  • Monitor financial KPIs and issue deviation alerts
  • Collaborate with management to analyze deviations and implement remediation plans

Budget Planning and Forecasting

  • Lead the budget planning and forecasting process for assigned areas
  • Establish a robust financial planning model to adapt to changing business conditions
  • Collaborate with business unit managers to secure orders

Pricing and Contract Management

  • Develop a pricing framework for negotiations
  • Prepare offer calculations and profitability analyses
  • Support customer contract negotiations
  • Oversee the order management process

Finance Digitalization

  • Actively participate in finance digitalization initiatives across the organization

Support Functions

  • Provide support to various functions, including risk management, compliance, business excellence, internal audit, and procurement
  • Contribute to achieving worldclass business outcomes

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external to GBS
  • Manage thirdparty relationships as necessary

Special Projects

  • Undertake and complete adhoc and special projects as assigned by management

You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

5 years of experience in accounting and controlling, preferably in IT/software or shared services

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, CPA and/or MBA a plus
:

Strong analytical skills, commitment to results, confident demeanor, assertiveness
:

In-depth business knowledge and financial modeling experience
:

Expertise in commercial bid management, sales administration, and commercial project management
:

-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP and Siemens-specific tools
:

-
Problem-solving skills and ability to present solutions effectively.
