Technical Support
General Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling warranty claims, parts repair, and perform aftermarket sales accessories products installation.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and carry out test & repair/exchange for warranty rejected parts (VDC and TCEAS),
- Attend & rectify all TCEAS and walkin customers' technical issues or enquiries.
- Raise CSR and MDO for Warranty Claims.
- Sort warranty rejection items from NSD.
- Assist TA in ensuring rejected items are either returned to supplier or disposed off and prepare Miscellaneous Delivery Order (MDO) and Disposal Note.
- Perform any aftermarket accessories installation work.
- Carry out 5S activities in workplace.
- Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry
- Product Knowledge (Features & Functionalities)
- Product Troubleshooting & Repairs Skill
- Customer Service & Customer Complaint Handling Skill
- Vehicle Accessories Installation Skill
- Able to read & write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate
- Microsoft Excel & Word
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
