Job Function :
Technical Support


General Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling warranty claims, parts repair, and perform aftermarket sales accessories products installation.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and carry out test & repair/exchange for warranty rejected parts (VDC and TCEAS),
  • Attend & rectify all TCEAS and walkin customers' technical issues or enquiries.
  • Raise CSR and MDO for Warranty Claims.
  • Sort warranty rejection items from NSD.
  • Assist TA in ensuring rejected items are either returned to supplier or disposed off and prepare Miscellaneous Delivery Order (MDO) and Disposal Note.
  • Perform any aftermarket accessories installation work.
  • Carry out 5S activities in workplace.
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry
  • Product Knowledge (Features & Functionalities)
  • Product Troubleshooting & Repairs Skill
  • Customer Service & Customer Complaint Handling Skill
  • Vehicle Accessories Installation Skill
  • Able to read & write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English


  • Computer literate

  • Microsoft Excel & Word

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
