    Junior Performance Marketing Executive to work together internally and externally with our Marketing, Content, Product, Business Development, Merchant, Creative, Data, Analyst and Tech team to help propel our business forward. This role requires someone who is comfortable with performance related business architecture who has an analytical mindset and can think creatively to solve problems and challenges. This role requires someone who is passionate about increase brand awareness, sales and enjoy using data to solve problems and identify opportunities. This person will assist the team in all aspects of running an ecommerce and digital marketing strategy to support loyalty, marketplace, and holiday businesses within MAG.

Key Accountability:


  • Managing campaigns across digital channels like search, social, display, video
  • Understanding & challenge media plans from agency for different online channels (Search, Social, Display, etc)
  • Channel level strategy and tactical planning across SEO, Content Marketing, Organic Socials, Google Advertising, Meta Advertising, TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic
  • Build on existing data analytics capabilities to support indepth analysis of business performance.
  • Interactions and collaborations with stakeholders and business partners within LTS & Airline to drive executions, resolve issues and leverage resources.
  • Study, analyse and benchmark competitors' performance including identify trends and opportunities to enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure that the management reporting and analysis are reliable, timely and accurate.
  • Ability to generate weekly and monthly performance & digital reporting for all major metrics, and goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other tracking requirements. Able to churn out reports with insights for campaigns.
  • Monitor, review, and provide insight of business performance and profitability including recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Monitoring web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with business goals.
  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimise all performance campaigns, with a focus on media banners, native ads, and programmatic advertising channels.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging datadriven insights and analytics tools
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration with 23 years work experience in Business Revenue, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Digital Integration
  • Yeas of Experience 23 years
