Responsibilities:


  • Gather user requirements from customers, support and project teams and assess requirements.
  • Document design specifications for discussion with the Delivery Manager.
  • Communicate approved design to implementation team members.
  • Provide guidance and clarification, where required, to development and project delivery teams throughout development and implementation cycles/stages.
  • Provide feedback and recommendation on product roadmap items.
  • Collaborate with Project Team to ensure delivery team's adherence to quality procedures as well as supervising, directing and motivating team.
  • Provide input for documentation and involvement in documentation review
  • Conduct code reviews and policing code quality
  • Assist in the development and evolution of Product infrastructure and processes
  • Ensure delivery of all tasks within budgeted timeframes and costs.
  • Assist in any adhoc projects and tasks as assigned.
