    Description

    This role offers the opportunity to excel as a Night Shift Order Fulfillment Coordinator. Key aspects of this position include order management, teamwork, and process optimization. A unique benefit is a fixed bonus for successful performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Acknowledge sales and service orders, accurately entering them into SAP in accordance with established business logic, workflow, and priority schedules. Develop local guidelines to support these processes.
    2. Execute and manage order processing transactions efficiently and promptly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    3. Receive and implement directions from the team leader to ensure seamless collaboration.
    4. Review documentation and adhere to established procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
    5. Effectively schedule work to meet set deadlines and timeframes.
    6. Achieve critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and fulfill Development Plans to drive success.
    7. Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving processes.

    Requirements:

    • Possess a minimum Diploma-level qualification.
    • Demonstrate at least one year of relevant work experience.
