Description
1. Preferably with Minimum - 2 years experience in Building Management


  • If with irrelevant qualification but with minimum i year experience in Building Management Industry will be considered.
  • Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree even without any experience or fresh graduates can be considered
  • Working Hours from Monday to Saturday(half day)
  • Able to handle operations team
  • Able to handle all service providers in the building
  • Able to work along with the JMB/MC and/or Developer
  • Advantage if familiar with accounting system i.e. CSS, UBS or Advelsoft
  • Work along with all relevant authories in relation to Building Management

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
