Description
Job Purpose/Summary:
- To process documents/policies outsource to Operations Excellence
- Process Support Centre (PSC).
- To handle general office job functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure tasks assigned are carry out promptly and accurately.
- To ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Accuracy, Turnaround Time and Productivity are achieved consistently as stated in the Business Goals.
- To ensure all data capturing templates/systems are consistently updated in an agile and accurate manner.
- To update user manual timely & accurately.
- To seek collective success through diversity and collaboration, support and working together with all team members to achieve team objectives.
- To be able to process 1 core + 1 cross function and performing UAT. Good behaviours to be consistently carry out.
- To assist Supervisor in any other duties assigned when deemed necessary.
- Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned.
- Assist in conducting training (if assign).
- Assist in Cross/Pre/Post Checking (if assign).
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
