Description

• In charge of mass market & distributor management, manage & drive the joint business plans and KPI's with our strategic distributors to increase revenue and market share.
• Drive and cooperate with distribution to implement mass market strategy and achieve design ins/design wins.
• Coach and develop the distributor business resources to be more selfsufficient; Establish and maintain accounts and distribution relationships, manage account/channel forecast/order intake/inventory.
• Local team building to support business expansion, and continuously empower your team.

• More than
  3 years of sales experience as a
  Channel / Distribution Sales Manager.
• Local Malaysian and proficiency in
  Mandarin language is mandatory.
• Experienced in managing relationships with distributors and retail stores.
• Experienced in the
  Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Mobile Devices (Smartphones), or
  Vape industries is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
• Experience in team management or as a team leader is a plus.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as independently driving engagement with different customers / clients.
• Passionate and innovative mindset, agility, and openness to challenges in a fast-changing market
• Possessed entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and other data analytic tools; A can-do attitude with a hands-on approach is mandatory.
