Operation Manager - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Cardtrend Systems Sdn Bhd
Description
Process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule;- Monitoring the company's organizational processes, introducing improvements, and implementing different strategies to ensure efficiency;
- Overseeing the company's operations and implement strategies to streamline the workflow;
- Coordinating different departments to ensure high levels of productivity;
- Motivating and inspiring employees;
- Identifying operational problems and finding solutions;
- Reviewing workloads and human resources to make sure that the company's objectives are met;
- Assist the HR Department in hiring and managing quality assurance programs
- Ensuring employee satisfaction;
- Supporting all functions inherent in the business to work together effectively.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that everyone is aligned on project objectives and progress.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the successful completion of a project.
Salary:
From RM6,000.00 per month
