Job Description Assist the Team Leader with a proposed/developed workflow for the implementation of Information System process for a client.

Conduct feasibility study on the client's requirement in regard to developing of software requirements. Report as necessary on changes in process and procedures as and when need arises. Responsibilities and Duties 1. To help develop the business process for Software enhancements particularly in the Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 2. To document /maintain all SRS, FSD accurately for all Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 3. To provide support for Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 4. To train/educate the user upon implementation of all Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 5.

To review key processes, identifies and documents the gaps between user requirement and current output and to identify key variances in Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications.

To gather and generate ideas/solutions to customize the current output to ensure key variances and gaps are minimized / closed in clinical areas.

7. To ensure that the accuracy of the reports generated for the software output is verified. 8.

To ensure each site complies with the necessary requirements for clinical law compliance in each country in terms of policy and processes.

9. To assist Team Leader on any issues that arises on an ad-hoc basis. 10. To help in product testing and documentation. 11. Willing and able to travel. 12. Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadline. 13. Positive attitude, initiative, dedicated and a team player.

Qualifications  BA Certification, Healthcare Background (Medical Officer/ Nursing)  2-5 years of experience in healthcare domain/Insurance Domain  Working Knowledge of MS Office is must and Certification in Excel will be added advantage.

 Strong attention to detail, clarity in thought and the produce quality content  Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
