Ria Money Transfer is searching for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team in Kuala Lumpur with a flair for digital, a love of traditional and a 'can-do' approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Office-Based Marketing Strategy and Coordination:

Serve as the primary liaison for marketing across different departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Take ownership of the vendor management process for various marketing projects from sourcing to PO submissions.
Coordinate the branding process across our Ria stores, agents, and merchant locations, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
Handle merchandise requests, manage inventory, and ensure our promotional materials are topnotch and ready for deployment.
Participate actively in planning meetings for marketing events, campaigns, and activities, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Field Marketing and Event Support:

Act as the onground liaison for all marketing efforts, setting up and overseeing the execution of campaigns and events.
Monitor and supervise branding or rebranding installations, ensuring highquality standards are met.
Assist in securing approvals for signage installations, working closely with managers to keep projects on schedule.
Collaborate with Regional Managers during site visits to ensure marketing activities are executed flawlessly and to gather valuable onsite feedback.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Is eager to split their time between office tasks and field work, embracing the variety and dynamism of the role.
Has a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership over projects.
Enjoys working collaboratively with a team while also capable of selfdirected work and decisionmaking.
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is comfortable liaising with different departments and external vendors.
Is adaptable and thrives in a fastpaced, evolving environment.

Qualifications:

A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
3 years experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in inventory and vendor management systems.
Ability to travel for field marketing activities and events.
