JOB SUMMARY

  • Perform general office and administrative work as needed to the department's functions. E.g. take minutes during all Marketing Department meetings, compiling all events and activities, keeping a log on assets from the department, printing promotional vouchers.
  • Ensure smooth flow of administrative tasks. E.g. Filing, labeling, and maintenance of documentation.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, buntings, banners, signage, etc.
  • Compile and submit reports on time: Quarterly Report, Marketing Expense Report, Weekly Activities Report, Monthly Marketing Report, Xerox Printer Report.
  • Maintain marketing store in ensuring that storage, inventory tracking and status are recorded accordingly.
  • Consistently followup and prompt on administrative support for Marketing Department. E.g. Raise PR, followup on approval, quantity tracking, delivery status, preparing of complimentary tickets, payment, petty cash, etc.
  • Assist superior for adhoc management tasks.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role in a related field.
  • Preferably experienced in Marketing, including tieup with external parties.
  • Good communication and organizing skills.
  • Proactive, independent an able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
  • Lead by example
  • Possess good analytical skills, decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.
  • Energetic, dynamic, observant, patient, sharing, independent and proactive.
  • Must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater on the business needs.
