Job Descriptions

  • Take charge of technical training department.
  • Responsible for the training department performance and training efficiency.
  • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programmer.
  • Prepare and design training materials and classroom agenda.
  • Conduct training classes with regards on new product knowledge which including maintenance and repair.
  • Evaluate performance of training participants and recommend for optimum of motorcycles use of skills and competency.
  • Assess training needs and certification requirements.
  • Assist in design of curriculum based on each model.
  • Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management system.
  • Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia program and other computer aided instructional technologies, simulators, conference and workshops.
  • Develop appropriate training solutions and plans that are relevant and cater to the immediate and longterm requirements of the company products, Sales Department and subsequently its dealer.
  • Assess training needs and skills requirements for skilled employees.
  • Carry out research on technical knowledge / information in order to improve and provide technical solutions.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in training & development, preferably in sales and technical training.
  • Possess technical and conducting training experiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
  • Passionate in training and familiar with various training methods such as elearning and performancebased training.
  • Presentable, mature and independent.
  • Approachable and able to communicate with all levels of people.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
