Description

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the IT team to understand and analyze business processes that can be supported and optimized using SAP functionalities.
  • Assist in configuring and customizing SAP modules to align with specific business requirements.
  • Learn and participate in testing SAP updates, enhancements, and configurations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support to endusers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on SAP functionalities.
  • Contribute to documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP business support.
  • Gain practical experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting within SAP systems.
  • Observe the integration of SAP with various business systems to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and propose solutions using SAP capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in understanding the intersection of technology and business operations.
  • Basic familiarity with business processes, accounting principles, and financial workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and align business needs with SAP functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams and nontechnical stakeholders, including fluency in English.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to working in a dynamic environment.

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
RM800.00 per month
