Responsibilities:


  • Support IT project implementation including planning, monitoring, executing and closing to ensure projects are delivered on time as per specification and requirements within budgets and resources defined.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and detailed project plans, progress report and documents.
  • Assist in Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, capturing business and user requirements.
  • Support in executing the Project, especially areas that impact stakeholders such as "Go Live", and Training & Change Management.
  • Maintain strong communication exchange between stakeholders, vendors and project team.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to ensure that processes and procedures are continually reviewed and improved, and changes are communicated and implemented effectively.

Requirements:


  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 23 years of related experience in IT project management.
  • Good English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Possess a good attitude, disciplined, fast learner, able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in healthcare industry (hospital, laboratory) is an added advantage.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
