Description

• Assist the General Manager on implementation of SIDC IT Project, Digital Transformation, Virtual Campus, Innovation Framework and assist on overseeing the project from start to finish.
• Capable of overseeing the design and development of digital systems from beginning, ensuring that they adhere to business and technical requirements.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Make use of the industry's best practises for software development, architectural design, and coding standards.
• Capable of maintaining or managing SIDC servers. Plan the server's budget and resources appropriately for future requirements.
• Assist the General Manager in daily SIDC operational process improvement such as process automation and digitalization.
• Assist the General Manager to develop and maintain IT policies, standards, best practices, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with audits, standards, and alignment with SCTD.
• Conduct research and solution into ongoing technology advancement that can be applied to SIDC learning environment such as live streaming, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligent (AI) chat bot, Analytics tools, automated reporting etc.
• To provide awareness to all users on IT SOPs, IT SLA, IT Governance and Cyber security in SIDC.
• Carry out crossfunction and adhock tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operations of the department's and SIDC's KPIs.

• 45 year(s) of working experience in system development and familiar with IT Project Management.
• Proven experience as a lead developer or senior developer in a software development role.
• Experience in UNIX, LINUX, Laravel, PHP, React, REST API, GIT is an advantage.
