As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of service industries.

You'll be at the forefront of our expansion, helping us grow our network, forge meaningful partnerships, and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

Your mission will be to not just expand our reach, but also to deepen the impact we have on every business and consumer we touch.


What you'll be doing:


  • Identifying and targeting potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Scheduling and conducting F2F sales presentations and online demos with stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers at customer organizations.
  • Closing sales and assisting customers with the onboarding process for the software.
  • Ensuring timely payment collection from customers.
  • Qualifying customer profiles to ensure highquality customer acquisition.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales and closing targets.
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Consistently providing feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and sales activities to drive product improvements.

What are we looking for:


  • Proven sales experience: You should have a track record of successfully selling software solutions or technology products to customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge: An understanding of software solutions and technology products is essential to be able to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products they are selling.
  • Customerfocused approach: You should be able to understand the customer's needs and tailor their sales approach accordingly.
  • Organizational and time management skills: You should be able to effectively manage your schedule and prioritize tasks to achieve your sales targets.
  • Resultsdriven: You should be motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets and have a strong drive to succeed.
  • Location: You need to be based in either Kuala Lumpur or Penang region of Malaysia.
  • Willingness to travel: As a facetoface sales role, you may need to travel within the region to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Fluent in English and

Bahasa Melayu:

Having fluency in both English and Bahasa Melayu is advantageous in effectively conveying information, ideas, and instructions to both clients and managers.
