Description
Design and coordinate the respective brand uniform needs according to Brand and Company guidelines.

  • Responsible for the quality control and the 'look' of the uniform.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Coordinate the Respective Brand Uniform

  • Design and coordinate the Brand uniform accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to control budget, negotiation and quality control.
  • Ensure all staff are in proper attire as per guidelines.
  • Coordinate with respective Brand Manager/Operation/HR on all new uniform changes such as uniform measurement/fitting measurement.
Responsible for the Quality Control and the 'look' of the Uniform

  • Place order for name tags and uniform accordingly.
  • Implement and standardize the group's uniform SOP such as uniform guide, basic grooming to ensure the consistency throughout the store and inline with the brand's standard.
  • Follow up on all the related uniform paperwork such as submission of uniform invoices and raising PO.
  • Work closely with uniform supplier to ensure everything is in control such as delivery timeline, quality and material sourcing.
  • Oversee on the uniform inventory.
  • Responsible to adhere efficient protocol on planning and execute annual uniform change within the group.
Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any Ad-Hoc task required by the Manager/Department.
Personal Development

  • Complete E-Learning Modules on timely manner.
Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the Code of Business Conduct.


; Requirements:

  • Education:
Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Fashion or related discipline.


Professional Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.


Personal Attributes:


  • Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong sense of creativity and ability to keep up with current fashion trends
  • Excellent sense of style and colour
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Pleasent personality

Languages:

Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
