Description
1.
Undertake product lifecycle management to develop new and/or to review existing trade products and services to remain relevant to meet customers' needs and in compliance with regulation / guidelines.
2.
Collaborate with Trade Sales and internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
3.
Undertake market research and stay abreast of industry trends and regulations that affects the product, take appropriate measure to respond to or in anticipation of these changes.
4.
Undertake system enhancements and/or other strategic initiatives to grow trade business and product profitability.
5.
Conduct data analytics to derive insights that contribute to strategic decision making; track business momentum and existing product profitability; manage customer relationship and that captures new business opportunities.
6.
Provide product advisory and relevant training to Trade Sales Team, Relationship Managers & other departments.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:

Self-motivated and is able to work independently

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Experience in product and/or project management are added advantage
-
Detail-oriented with a keen sense of control over processes and data
-
Open to learning new skills and to stay updated with industry best practices

Knowledge of Trade Finance products/operations is an added advantage
-
Degree Holder in either Business, Commerce, Accounting or relevant disciplines**-
Good oral and written communication skills**
