Job Scope:

Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Actively follow up with clients and persuade clients to sign up for our services.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries on

social media platforms, phone call, text and webmail

Efficiently allocate jobs to therapists & update the system to schedule client

appointments.

Coordinate with therapists to confirm & remind appointments.
Coordinate bed delivery and collection logistics.
Identify, assess customers' needs and render assistance to achieve satisfaction

pertaining to their services with the company.

Handle complaints, terminations, service extensions, trace and follow up on balance

payments and process refunds.

Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required

into the company database and official WhatsApp group chats.

Regularly send feedback forms to clients, generate and analyze reports to track

performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate (verbal written) in BOTH English and Mandarin
Preferably specializing equivalent experience
Able to learn independently
