Working days : 5 days -mon-friday

Bandar baru klang


Nature of business :
Established shipping & logistic solution to the customer

  • Handling and communicate with customer related to their shipping & logistic issue
  • Analyst the nature of the goods, transit times and security requirements to select the optimal shipment methods and routes.
  • Prepared and monitor sailing schedules, as well as freight booking.
  • Processed customer's orders and enquiries timely and accurately.
  • Liaised with multiple parties including shippers, consignees and overseas agents of shipments for their delivery updates.
  • Organized and issued the correct shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading and invoices.
  • Assisted in the preparation of the K1 and K2 forms for customs declaration.
  • Generated reports and documentation for internal use.
- handle other ad hoc issues as assigned from the management

Min Diploma / Degree

Willing to learn and posses good attitude


Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
