The Pricing and Product Specialist serves as a critical connector between our business leaders and the technical execution of our pricing strategy. This role demands a proactive individual capable of coordinating intricate changes to our price books and product configurators in alignment with our strategic objectives. By leveraging deep analytical capabilities and a collaborative spirit, you will ensure the seamless integration of pricing updates and product configurations, facilitating our ability to adapt to market demands and maintain competitive edge.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate these into actionable changes within our price books and product configurators.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure pricing strategies and product configurations are implemented accurately and effectively, fostering a cohesive approach to market adaptation.
• Compile, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources, including multiple Excel files, to inform and validate pricing and product configuration updates.
• Serve as a liaison between the product management team and internal development teams to drive the automation of pricing and configuration processes, aiming for increased efficiency and reduced error rates.
• Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of new tools or enhancements related to pricing and product management, ensuring they meet the strategic needs of the business.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of pricing and product configuration processes and changes, promoting transparency and enabling effective training and support for team members and partners.
• Provide insights and feedback from a pricing and product configuration perspective to support continuous improvement and innovation within the product management domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in product management, pricing strategy, or a similar role

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools

Experience working with CPQ systems, price book management, and data compilation

• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including product management and software development.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible way.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Innovative thinker with a drive to improve processes and systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automating processes within a business context, particularly related to pricing or product management
