Description
Provide admin support to operations team- Assist in planning and scheduling
- Maintain files and records in an effective manner
- Assist in adhoc assign duty as required
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the company's operations.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent aftersales support.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed of necessary details.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
