Description
Ensure smooth Customer Service function in accordance with policies and guidelines adopted.

  • Carry out daily operations smoothly and diligently.
  • Respond to and resolve defects or complaints raised by customers within the time frames set up, with the assistance of HODs concerned.
  • Report immediately to HOD on matters arising, whenever necessary. Always keep HOD informed.
  • Providing help and advice to customers using your organization's products or services.
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or longstanding problems.
  • Handling customer complaints such as defects or general complaints.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Updating & uploading customer defect form daily.
  • Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software.
  • Key and reparation for the monthly defect and complaints report in Summary Defects Report daily.
  • Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals and attending courses.
  • Participate in and contribute towards quality improvement initiatives / programs / activities conducted at the department or company level as assigned.
  • Accompany house owner during the handover of keys (VP) for inspection and defects.
  • Any Ad hoc assignment assigned

Job Requirements:


  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a customer engagement related field is required for this position.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to work in Teluk Intan

Job Types:
Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Teluk Intan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
