Description
Receive invoices from various stakeholders, review and process them using ERP

  • Able to process high volume of invoices and validate against the defined supporting documents.
  • Analyse discrepancies on invoices and communicate with the relevant departments to correct them.
  • Perform vendor Statement of Account (SoA) reconciliations.
  • Correspond with internal teams and vendors and respond to enquiries.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and reporting.

Skills and qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Experience in using Oracle would be an added advantage.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
