Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services across various digital channels.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving results.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital platforms to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to create highquality, engaging content for digital channels. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Manage company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Devel
- op social media content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Monitor spending and optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes within budget constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful campaign management and measurable results.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
