JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum: High School/SPM/"O" Level/Diploma/General Education Degree, related experience or equivalent combination is required
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in receiving department (raw material) in Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Possessing advance computer skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for receiving and verifying all F&B deliveries against receiving documents
  • Ensures that received products meet all food safety and product quality guidelines
  • Assists vendors in loading/unloading vehicles, containers, trailers and vans
  • Ensures that all products are stored in compliance with Food Safety and FIFO guidelines
  • Maintains the cleanliness and order of receiving and storage areas including performing daily cleanup activities
  • Performs inventory control and consolidates all inventory and ordering systems
  • Assists in other duties as required by the Central Kitchen Team

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
