Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies for Cloud HRMS services.

Identify target markets and potential clients through market research and lead generation efforts.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Cloud HRMS to potential clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and qualify leads to understand their specific HR needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to address client pain points.
Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive HRMS offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
Coordinate with the technical team to address clientspecific technical requirements and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in selling HRMS or related software solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a resultsoriented approach.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the HR industry and understanding of HRMS functionality is a plus.
Diploma in any field
