Support to the factory manager- To monitor daily productivity and quality of output by operator

To arrange operator daily job
To support operator output are meeting daily target
To plan operator multi skill training plan and conduct training accordingly
Layout arrangement, trouble shoot machine whenever necessary
To identify issue in efficiency, repair and suggest for improvements
To production schedule and man power allocation
To obtain and record data for daily output and analyze of defect product
To Prepare manuals for operator

Required Experience
Qualifications:

Requirement:

Education Background: Degree or Diploma
Interest in electrical component manufacturing and its process improvement.
Live in nearby the company (within 30mins by car, Shah Alam, Klang, Port Klang Area only)
Experience:12 years having experience in a similar job scope
