Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent within the team.
Provide guidance, support and training to consultants to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a positive and collaboration team culture that promotes accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage client relationships and oversee the endtoend recruitment process to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions and best practices to inform recruitment strategies and decisionmaking.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to set goals, develop strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant with track record success in meeting targets and delivering results.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role for at least 5 (Five) years. preferably within the recruitment industry.
