Human Resource:
- Foreign Workers Management:
- Ensure all foreign worker's passport and permit are valid, renewal done before the expiry date.
- Staff leave and attendance management
- Support and administer employee onboarding such as arrangement of workplace and tools (laptop, office supplies, phone line, business cards, etc.)
- Help to handle resignation, transfer, promotion and confirmation of hire
Administration:
- Manage incoming calls. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist in stationary/ name card/ refreshment order
- Organise, manage and maintain filing and retrieval system for all documents
- To prepare, update and follow up payments inclusive but not limited to monthly utilities bills, maintenance bills, renewal of license etc
- Liaise with building maintenance department on repairs and servicing of office facilities.
- Assist in arranging/ coordinate meetings and events

- Able to work independently with mínimal of supervision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Diploma/SPM holder with at least 1 year's exposure in related field.
- Able to start immediately.

Salary Range:
RM2000 - RM4000
