Human Resource:


  • Foreign Workers Management:
  • Ensure all foreign worker's passport and permit are valid, renewal done before the expiry date.
  • Staff leave and attendance management
  • Support and administer employee onboarding such as arrangement of workplace and tools (laptop, office supplies, phone line, business cards, etc.)
  • Help to handle resignation, transfer, promotion and confirmation of hire

Administration:


  • Manage incoming calls. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist in stationary/ name card/ refreshment order
  • Organise, manage and maintain filing and retrieval system for all documents
  • To prepare, update and follow up payments inclusive but not limited to monthly utilities bills, maintenance bills, renewal of license etc
  • Liaise with building maintenance department on repairs and servicing of office facilities.
  • Assist in arranging/ coordinate meetings and events

  • Able to work independently with mínimal of supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Diploma/SPM holder with at least 1 year's exposure in related field.
  • Able to start immediately.

Salary Range:

RM2000 - RM4000
