Description
Manage existing clients and manage customer expectations and establish good customer relationship.

  • Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customer.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns to create brand identity and reach the target audience.
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports.
  • Website and social media platform content update and content writing.
  • Coordinating and organizing events / road show / baking demo to promote brand awareness, sales & marketing of company products.
  • Work closely with the team or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, adverts and etc.
  • Collaborate with team across departments to deliver highquality service outcomes.

Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with 2 years of related working experience. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Possess an analytical and logical thinking process.
  • Disciplined approach to management of people and work.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player.
