    Description

    Seeking candidates with similar experience in overseeing the entire airport operation for the Airport Operation Control Center, to manage our Data Center operation. We're looking for a Manager to join our data center operations. Responsible for monitoring facility alarms, creating tickets and notifications for critical infrastructure, and managing a team for global 24x7 operations. Must have experience in hiring and training team members.

    • Manage team of Data Centre Technicians, including people/performance/shift rotation management.
    • Build and expand a local team in Kulai, Johor focusing on world-class support and effective service level agreement management.
    • Collaborate with Critical Operations Facility managers to develop and document new policies and procedures.
    • Monitor Data Centre facilities, including temperature and humidity, smoke detection, fire suppression, and UPS units via BMS/DCIM Systems.
    • Track and resolve open customer support tickets promptly, providing timely updates to customers.
    • Ensure efficient 24x7 Data Centre Operations management.
    • Optimize workflows and throughput for Data Centre Operations as a subject matter expert.
    • Improve customer experience and service quality.
    • Handle management of large-scale events and participate in Data Centre issue escalations.
    • Ensure Data Centre compliance with relevant security policies and procedures.
    • Generate and submit regular reports for analysis and issue support.

    Requirement:

    • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
    • Candidate must be willing to work in Sedenak, Johor
