    About the Role:

    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
    • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Support employer branding initiatives to position asia-recruit as an attractive employer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency.
    • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, and ATS tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience recruiting for tech, automotive, or startup environments is a plus.
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, such as Workable or Greenhouse.
