JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for daily administration and operational support.
  • Conduct competitive price check and campaigns across other online stores to help in improve sales.
  • Manage inventory to ensure stocks availability and keep product listings updated on all ecommerce platforms.
  • Maintain and update pricing, inventory and promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey.
  • Assist in sales reporting and market analysis.
  • Actively update social media platforms on latest information and promotions timely and accurately.
  • Assist in creating engaging content and building brand presence to drive awareness, conversion and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal departments (warehouse, procurement team, customer service, etc) to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Assist in customer support on the product inquiry, live chat and after sales services.
  • With good interpersonal communication skills and work as a team player to assist other relevant activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 1 year of working experience in E-commerce related field.
  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok platform is an added advantage.
  • Previous working experiences in E-commerce or related field will be added advantage.
  • Good communication and a team player.
  • Able to work independently, high level of attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to learn more.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, passionate and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effectively use and experience in Tiktok, FB, IG and other social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • No matter whether you have experience or not, you need to start from the basic work and be familiar with the basic operation to facilitate the follow-up work.

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
